I went to the same high school as Eric Fensler, creator of those “G.I. Joe” parody videos from the early 2000’s.

Aragorn from The Lord of the Rings was my childhood idol.

I have entirely too many hobbies, including podcasting, painting miniatures, and streaming.

My superpower as a writer is the ability to create compelling, easy-to-understand content about complex topics for just about any audience while adhering to budget constraints, content strategy, and project timelines. As a designer, I excel at centering the perspective of my users to iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to be more accessible and engaging.

As an experienced writer, editor, actor, podcaster, and UX designer, I've produced audio and video projects about a myriad of topics including the social sciences, global hiring, finance, business, film, television, the Internet, the fine arts, healthcare, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, and workplace safety. You name it, I have probably spent hours researching and creating search engine optimized content about it. I’ve also hosted and produced audio and video shows on a variety of subjects. I have a proven track record of success adapting to different audiences, brand voices, and industries.

My background includes education and work in the field of clinical psychology. Although I ultimately decided it wasn’t for me professionally, I have maintained a lifelong fascination with the study of human cognition and behavior, which has enabled me to learn and grow in ways that have significantly benefitted my career in content production and creative design.
